2. Yarns, Kits, and Patterns
We take great care to photograph our yarn clearly and describe the fibres accurately. However, please note that colours may appear differently on your screen. Hand-dyed yarns often have natural variations, and different dye lots may not match perfectly.
Digital knitting patterns and printed kits are provided for personal use only. You may not distribute or reproduce our patterns without permission.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in local currency and include applicable taxes. We accept major payment methods for all knitting supplies. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
If an item, such as a specific yarn base or needle size, is out of stock after you place an order, we will contact you to offer a replacement or a full refund.
4. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your knitting supplies. If you change your mind, you may return unused, unwound yarn in its original condition within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.
- Yarn that has been wound into a ball or cake cannot be returned.
- Digital pattern downloads are final sale.
- Needles, hooks, and stitch markers must be in unopened packaging.
